House Rules at Villa Luna Siargao

To ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable stay, please take note of the following house rules and solar power guidelines.

1. House Rules
    •    Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud music, shouting, or disturbances.
    •    Staff Hours

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. For assistance after hours, kindly message us via the Villa Luna Group and we will do our best to accommodate you.
    •    Smoking & Vaping

🚭 Strictly prohibited inside the villa.

✅ Designated smoking area: near the entrance gate.

❗ Penalty: ₱3,000 if caught smoking/vaping indoors.
    •    Visitors & Gatherings
    •    No parties, events, or loud gatherings.
    •    Only registered guests may enter the villa and pool area.
    •    Cleaning & Linen
    •    Daily basic cleaning provided (no linen change).
    •    Weekly full cleaning with linen/towel replacement.
    •    Early requests: ₱200/change.
    •    Stained/torn linens: ₱700/item.
    •    All villa items must remain inside upon check-out.
    •    Trash & Toilets
    •    Use labeled bins for trash segregation.
    •    Do not flush sanitary items.
    •    Footwear & Cleanliness
    •    Leave footwear outside or just inside the entrance.
    •    Keep doors closed to prevent insects/animals.
    •    Security
    •    Always lock villa doors when leaving.
    •    Villa Luna is not responsible for lost items.

2. Solar Power & Electricity Guidelines

Our villas are partly powered by solar with battery backup. Please help us conserve energy.
    •    Air Conditioning
    •    Allowed during the day only if sunlight is sufficient.
    •    Keep temperature at 23–24°C.
    •    Turn off when leaving the room.
    •    Water Heaters
    •    Off during the day to save power.
    •    Available after 5:30 PM.
    •    During Blackouts
    •    Battery backup powers only electric fans at night.
    •    Energy Saving Tips
    •    Unplug chargers & unused devices.
    •    Avoid high-power appliances during cloudy weather.
    •    Keep emergency light plugged in.
    •    No candles/open flames.
    •    Turn off heaters immediately after use.

3. Safety & Security
    •    Always close and lock the front gate when leaving.
    •    My dogs are clever and may open doors—keeping the gate locked ensures their safety.
    •    There have been recent cases of dog viruses in the area, so this precaution is very important.
    •    Fire extinguishers are available—please keep them accessible.
